Prairie Crane is committed to providing a safe working environment for every person on every job. We are dedicated to voluntary compliance with OH&S and all applicable provincial and federal requirements, and hold ourselves to a higher standard than the minimum.

Our policy is straightforward: provide quality crane and hoisting services while taking all reasonable steps to prevent injury to people and damage to property and the environment.

Safety at Prairie Crane is not owned by one person or one department; it belongs to everyone on the crew.

• Management leads the program, provides the necessary safeguards, and is accountable for safe working conditions across the company.
• Supervisors direct every operation with the health and safety of all personnel as the primary consideration, communicating clearly and ensuring procedures are followed before any crane moves.
• Operators & contractors practice safety actively, not passively, complying fully with OH&S regulations, client requirements, and Prairie Crane's own safety standards on every job, every time.
