U of S Geology Building Roof Rehabilitation

Location: University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, SK

Description: Rehabilitating the Geology Building's roof meant setting up a crane in the heart of the University of Saskatchewan campus, right beside the Bowl.

Alpine Transport & Rigging, which works alongside Prairie Crane, placed 140 crane access mats across the Bowl to build a temporary roadway and crane pad.

Our Liebherr LTM 1095-5.1 was brought back to site several times over the project, lifting materials onto each roof section in turn and bringing the old roofing material back down.
